Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Health Promotion, Public or Population Health, Health Education or a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years experience in a quality/process improvement or evaluation in a leading role [responsible for leading a substantial component of a project or process] in a health care setting. Proven experience with the development and implementation of process maps, logic models, and measurement plans. Some training in quality improvement (e.g., AHS Improvement Way (AIW), Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), Canadian Evaluation Society). Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies, including critical appraisal skills. Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources into high quality deliverables (e.g., evaluation reports, presentations). Proven experience building consensus with sensitivity and discretion. Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills. Knowledge of and experience using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, etc.), survey tools (REDCap, Survey Monkey, Select Survey, etc.), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification/designation in Evaluation or Quality Improvement (or equivalent), such as Canadian Evaluation Society, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, LSS, IHI Improvement Advisor. Experience working with Communicable Disease Control. Preference will be given to individuals that have worked with an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
