Completion of bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Health Sciences, Health Education or a related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience with community development and facilitation. Minimum 1 year experience with implementing the Healthier Together Approach in a community-based setting. Minimum 3 years of experience with community-based health promotion initiatives. Demonstrated ability and understanding of program development. Experience with partnership and relationship building. Knowledge of Edson community and local community groups. Proficient use of Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Share Point.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience working with leadership in a health setting. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/deliverables simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in partnership building. Knowledge, experience, and understanding of Indigenous Culture and Ceremony required. Ability to speak and understand Cree language is an asset.
