Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Health Sciences, Health Education or a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of three to five (3-5) years in health marketing, communication, engagement, health promotion or related field. Experience applying the population health promotion model, relevant health promotion strategies and determinants of health, health equity and healthy public policy. Demonstrated ability to facilitate and mobilize diverse groups and build consensus. Demonstrated skills in report and health writing and editing for various target audiences. Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into high quality deliverables (technical reports, strategic plans and presentations). Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a variety of disciplines, sectors and internal and external stakeholders/partners. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in developing and supporting multiple projects and multi-partner health marketing and engagement initiatives. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Experience in strategic planning, program planning, development and implementation. Experience in implementing and evaluation health marketing interventions. Ability to be resourceful, creative, adaptive and flexible. Ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst, and builds solid relationships with public agencies, government, boards, committees and other partners. Experience working independently in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues.
