Required Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse diploma or certificate required. Active registration in good standing with CLPNA. Minimum of 5 years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience, preferably in Acute Care or Senior Health environment.

Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Performance management and supervisory skills and experience is an asset. Experience in leadership role. Ability to problem solve, prioritize work effectively with minimum supervision. Familiar with computer applications. Effective communication and mentoring skills in a team environment. Knowledge of nursing standards and practice. Ability to actively participate in a collaborative approach in meeting clients’ health needs.
