Active or eligible for registration or practice permit with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA) as a Health Care Aide, along with proof of education or completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months of hire.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must possess current BLS. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job. Duties that involve periods of physical activity such as standing, bending, walking and lifting. Effective February 02, 2026 all persons practicing as a Health Care Aide must hold registration with the College of LPN’s and HCA’s of Alberta (CLHA).
Preferred Qualifications:Successful completion of a Medication Assistance Program (MAP).
