High School Diploma plus any additional study. Equivalencies in education, training or experience will be considered. Incumbent will be required to train on AHS hand hygiene review programs, AHS hand hygiene policy and procedure and other review programs as required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Essential Skills and Expertise: Ability to work independently and to collaborate with stakeholders is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required: includes oral and written communication. Ability to provide meaningful feedback. Demonstrate expertise in application of adult education principles. Experience with e-technology: Microsoft Office, notebooks, iPad, workstations and laptops. Experience in healthcare, preferably working with front line staff. Knowledge of the chain of infection and routine practices. Knowledge of standards applicable to the project. Position requires travel to sites and facilities across the zone.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in conducting reviews or inspections and preparing entry level reports an asset. Equivalencies of education and experience will be considered.
