Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of full-time design experience. Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience of Creative Suite and MS Office are mandatory (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, MS Word, MS PowerPoint). Collaborative approach to fulfilling projects from concept to completion; explore concepts, iterate design layouts, and produce print-ready production files and/or digital files. Demonstrate a creative, dynamic, and flexible approach to solving problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Create original designs that align to project goals, overall creative direction, and brand standards. Demonstrated ability to understand and visually translate complex concepts. Intermediate written and verbal communication skills. Aptitude for building and sustaining productive relationships with project team members and project stakeholders. Experience working in a team setting and taking direction from multiple sources. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility in switching between projects to accommodate shifting priorities. Ability to produce multiple concept and prototype designs rapidly; know when to pay attention to detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes. Demonstrated ability to present creative ideas while working within corporate brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and experience within a health sector. Knowledge and experience with health marketing, and knowledge translation initiatives. Video and animation experience (Premiere, After Effects). eLearning development experience (Adobe Captivate). User experience design knowledge and experience. User interface design knowledge and experience.
