Postsecondary (Bachelor’s) degree in the field of Geomatics or Geographic Information Systems. Applicants will be required to demonstrate 10+ years of pertinent work experience performed in a health, municipal, or public safety (or similar) environment including 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Proficiency in the following applications: Microsoft Suite, SQL, ArcGIS Desktop/ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise and FME.

Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate or Master’s degree in a related field. Applicants should demonstrate 15+ years of pertinent work experience performed in health, municipal, or public safety environment including 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience working with Hexagon CAD dispatch technologies. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
