Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of quantity food preparation techniques, safe food handling and sanitation procedures required. Ability to read, write, speak & understand English required.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or recognized equivalent preferred. An equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered. WHMIS certificate desired. Food safe certificate desired. One year of food service experience in a hospital/institutional setting is desired.
