Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Physically capable to lift food, supplies and equipment up to 46lbs and must be able to push/pull meal carts up to 250lbs. This position requires you to walk and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of Grade 10 or Equivalent. Two years of work-related experience in a food service environment or restaurant setting is preferable. Candidate must be physically able to lift food supplies and equipment up to 46lbs, must be able to push and/or pull meals carts up to 250lbs, as well as walking and standing on hard floors for the majority of the day. Must also be able to complete repetitive work for long periods of time. Must be able to read, write and orally communicate clearly using the English language and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrates ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality while showing respect to all people is essential. Have a minor understanding of computer work as required for employee access to online training and to access employee’s email and reporting. Preference will be given to those with customer service training and a Food Safety Certification.
