Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other relevant field 5 years of Leadership experience 5 years’ experience in a physician support role.
Additional Required Qualifications:
As required.
Preferred Qualifications:
PROSCI Change Management Certification. Relevant professional certificates or designations such as The Canadian Society of Physician Recruitment (CaSPR), The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR). Project Management Professional designation an asset.
