Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Supervised training and 3-5 years experience in Mental Health Assessment and Treatment with the Adolescent and/or Emerging Adult population. Authorized to perform Psychosocial Intervention required. Current knowledge and experience using of a range of clinical modalities including individual, family & group intervention is required. Experience providing Brief and Single-session therapies required. Working knowledge of DSM V required. Knowledge of community resources required. Ability to facilitate referrals and connect families to appropriate resources required. Experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addictions and related behavioural, cognitive and social issues required. Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and system navigation and case management required. Strong assessment, formulation, diagnosis and treatment skills required. Effective case management skills required. Demonstrated commitment to Family and Client Centered Care required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 1&2 training in Collaborative Problem Solving preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners preferred. Trauma-informed training preferred. DBT training and experience preferred. Brain Story Certified preferred. Must have a calm, warm and engaging style. Proven ability to work independently and meet necessary deadlines. Proven ability to be flexible and manage change. Experience in program planning, evaluation and/or research preferred.
