Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Registration in relevant professional association recognized by Alberta’s Health Profession Act (e.g. ACSW, College of Alberta Psychologists). Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience and excellence in family, group and individual therapy in a mental health/psychiatric setting; preferably with adolescents and young adults coping with an eating disorder. Experience working collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in family therapy and family assessment. Familiarity with use of reflecting teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Creative, flexible, collaborative systems thinker. Knowledge about evaluation strategies and outcome research. Strong group and family therapy skills essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Connect Care an asset. Experience working in mental health.
