Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Supervised training and 3-5 years experience in Mental Health Assessment and Treatment with the Adolescent and/or Emerging Adult population. Authorized to perform Psychosocial Intervention. Current knowledge and experience using of a range of clinical modalities including individual, family & group intervention. Experience providing Brief and Single-session therapies. Working knowledge of DSM V. Knowledge of community resources. Ability to facilitate referrals and connect families to appropriate resources. Experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addictions and related behavioural, cognitive and social issues. Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and system navigation and case management. Strong assessment, formulation, diagnosis and treatment skills required. Effective case management skills. Demonstrated commitment to Family and Client Centered Care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 1&2 training in Collaborative Problem Solving. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners. Trauma-informed training. DBT training and experience. Brain Story Certified. Must have a calm, warm and engaging style. Proven ability to work independently and meet necessary deadlines. Proven ability to be flexible and manage change. Experience in program planning, evaluation and/or research.
