Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.

Additional Qualifications:

Outpatient/community mental health &/or addiction experience required. Several (3-5) years of clinical experience, with supervision required. Group therapy training and experience required. Experience with case management. Comprehensive knowledge of addiction/mental health community resources. –•Ability to participate in and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including physicians. Ability to work independently, set priorities and organize time effectively and efficiently. Demonstrates responsible decision-making through application of knowledge, critical thinking and sound legal and ethical judgment. Ability to establish professional relationships with other disciplines and contributes to team cohesiveness. Ability to acknowledge and utilize the expertise of others and initiate referrals. Excellent oral and written skills. Competent using Microsoft Office. Able to effectively manage a varied caseload. Able to demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills. Able to demonstrate initiative and recognize limitations. Able to demonstrate skills in interpersonal relationships. Contributes to the ongoing accreditation and quality management process within the Team. Maintains AHS and program policies and procedure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with adults preferred.
