Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree in statistics, biostatistics, health economics, business, analytics, or other field with an advanced quantitative focus. Minimum ten years' experience in one of the above fields, ideally in a health care environment. A demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

The incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Experience leading large teams to deliver sophisticated analytics and effective decision support to Executive audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence decision-making through the synthesis and interpretation of data. Ability to handle complex issues and difficult situations. Proven abilities in negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution. Experience developing effective working relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior leaders by presenting detailed plans, complex analyses, methods and findings in business- and user-friendly language. Ability to deal with highly complex or sensitive issues in a professional manner. Skill in balancing diverse and occasionally conflicting stakeholder interests.
