Required Qualifications:

Administrative Assistant certificate and/or diploma or its equivalency. 10 years of related experience with 5 or more in supporting key senior leadership. Advanced, diversified and comprehensive administrative expertise. Exceptional planning and organizational skills. High degree of initiative, confidence and self-direction. Strong team player with a willingness to assist in various tasks. Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources to accomplish goals. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and changes in priorities. Effective problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with the utmost professionalism. Strong technical capabilities, including advanced working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.


Additional Required Qualifications:

The “Go-To-Person” always capable to assist with a skill set and intimate knowledge of the portfolio to mitigate and resolve issues. Ability to identify and independently execute on matters that can be successfully resolved without the direct involvement of the CIO. The success of this role will be determined on their leadership capabilities, potential for increased responsibility and expertise in support to, and as a representative of the CIO.
