Secretarial or Office Administration certificate or diploma is required. Minimum of five years of experience in a secretarial administrative position, preferably at the Executive Secretary level. The incumbent is required to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and must be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task. Excellent knowledge of computers and various software packages including Microsoft Office applications. Expert knowledge of audiovisual equipment and applications. Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team. Outstanding communication skills are essential as well as an aptitude to provide a positive and friendly approach in dealing with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity.
