Required Qualifications:

EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a health sciences discipline. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years of team management experience in a healthcare setting. Require recent (within the last 3 years) team management experience. Must have progressive, strategic, and innovative leadership experience. COMPETENCIES: Strong communication, relational, coaching, and organizational/program evaluation skills. Ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities. Computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should have team building, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills and abilities. Client or customer management skills.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be willing to travel throughout the province as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Graduate degree in a health sciences or related discipline. EXPERIENCE: Experience with quality improvement and/or patient safety. Experience managing provincial teams/programs. Experience with simulation / clinical education / adult education / teaching. COMPETENCIES: Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with data and spreadsheets.
