Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in social sciences, education, business, and/or healthcare. 3-5 years of progressive experience in provincial project work focused on data-driven quality improvement, clinical knowledge translation, stakeholder relationships, multifaceted education and communication and/or leading, planning, implementation and evaluation within an interdisciplinary collaborative team environment. Experience working with healthcare clinicians, administrators and researchers. Excellent virtual team collaboration skills, advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe skills

Additional Required Qualifications:

Direct experience with clinical quality improvement approaches and methods, clinical guideline/pathway development and knowledge translation, evaluation and research data management approaches (collection, analysis, reporting, dissemination), and healthcare provider and patient educational resource development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters preferred. Other equivalent education and experience will be considered
