Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Knowledge and operation of computers and smartphones. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and perform repetitive movements for the duration of your shift. Physically capable to lift up to 25 lbs and push and pull up to 50 lbs of force.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must read, write, speak, and follow written and verbal instructions in English to work safely. Ability to climb ladders/step stools, squat, bend, and reach in all directions (including overhead). Must have sufficient hand strength to perform repetitive wiping, wringing, and gripping motions. Must wear personal protective equipment such as masks (facial hair may interfere with achieving a proper seal), eye protection, gloves, and gowns for long periods of time. Dependable, cooperative, with a customer service attitude and able to work with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications:Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Knowledge of hospital housekeeping policy and procedures. Knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting in health care environment. Customer service experience. Leadership experience such as working leader, shift lead, trainer or equivalent.
