Required Qualifications:

3-7 years working experience with at least 1-2 years of experience related to successful delivery of change management. Bachelor’s degree in learning, communications, organization behavior, organization development or similar fields. Change Management Certification (Prosci or other). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to create and clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Experience in successfully developing, implementing and evaluating communication plans. Experience in change management areas such as communications, training and support, leadership engagement or change network management. A clear pattern of professional and personal development. Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously. A commitment to providing quality services. Above average skills in using common office and communications software operating systems, including MS office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Public sector, healthcare and/or experience in the field of pharmacy is an asset.
