Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma required. Post secondary education is preferred. - Strong EMS background. - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is required. - Superior active listening and interpretative skills are required. - 3 - 5 years experience in a customer service environment. - Demonstrated telephone skills are required. - Experience dealing face to face with clients is required. - Must have demonstrated experience resolving complex client issues. - Superior critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills are required. - Must have demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and e-mail. - Must have demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. - Must have superior ability to organize and prioritize. - Must be flexible and able to meet the demands of changing deadlines. - Must be able to purposefully work with colleagues, partners, and clients to achieve shared goals. - Scheduling (Telestaff) and payroll experience is required. - Experience and understanding of the AHS HSAA Collective agreement.
