Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Journeyperson Electrician Certificate with Red Seal from Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training. Must hold a valid Class 5 Alberta Operator's Licence.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have 3-5 years hospital or commercial building maintenance experience . Must be able to communicate clearly in English (both verbally and in writing). Basic computer skills in a Windows operating environment. Experience with with Fire Alarm, BMS, AMAG, VFD programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years experience using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS). Ariel lift training. WHIMIS training. Familiar with Provincial Electrical Safety programs and standards.
