Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:5 years of direct work experience in eLearning Design is required. Leadership skills, including demonstrated decision-making abilities, negotiation skills, and project management capabilities are required. Individual must be flexible, organized, self-directed, and have strong interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of adult learning principles, eLearning development model, and eLearning best practices are required. Experience in the use of PowerPoint, or alternate storyboarding tools is essential. Familiarity with eLearning authoring software is needed (eg: Articulate, Captivate, Lectora).
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with MS Teams, MS Project. Experience working in a large organization. Familiarity with Alberta Health Services or other health organizations is an asset.
