Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in a education/health services/sciences related field (i.e. Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Health Care Administration, Nursing,). Must have 5 to 10 years of experience working in education and be proficient at applying educational theories and models to solve problems at an appropriate scale. Must have 5 to 10 years’ experience working with multilevel and multidiscipline health care providers specifically including physicians. Additional specialized training relative to curriculum development and delivery. Broad clinical background to actively participate in multilevel clinical discussions. Demonstrated proficiency in Using PCs, MS Office software. Working knowledge of high technology devices such as videoconference and telehealth equipment. Knowledge of Health Information Act and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Limited knowledge of medical licensure and insurance processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree. Healthcare simulation experience.
