Registered Nurse, Respiratory Technologist, or Allied Health Professional with minimum 5 years’ experience in a critical care area such as general systems, burns, trauma, cardiovascular, pediatric or neonatal intensive care. BN or appropriate health related degree. For Registered Nurse – must have current CARNA membership. For Respiratory Tech – must have current CARTA membership. For Allied Health Professional – must have current applicable associate membership.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in education and application of principles of adult learning. Excellence in communication and collaboration with other health professionals. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and operational teams. Demonstrated ability to promote change. Application and promotion of problem solving and creative thinking. Demonstrated ability to provide meaningful feedback. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet competing demands. Demonstrated ability to handle stress and deal positively with conflict. Advanced computer and Microsoft office skills required. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with clinical information system design and/or operation preferred. Experience with data quality assessment and improvement preferred.
