Completion of Medical Radiation Therapy diploma course and successful completion of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification examination, or equivalent. Minimum of one year in treatment planning/Dosimetry.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of the Canadian Dosimetry Certificate (CDC) or Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) designation. Please note this position may be eligible for relocation reimbursement in accordance with Alberta Health Services policies.
Preferred Qualifications:Current working expertise in 3D conformal planning, simple VMAT planning, Complex (SBRT) VMAT planning and brachytherapy. Systems used include Varian ARIA RO (Eclipse TPS, Velocity, HyperArc), Elekta Oncentra Brachytherapy Planning, Sun Nuclear Suncheck and EPIC Connect Care EMR. Experience with these applications would be considered an asset.
