A minimum of post-secondary management education or related business management experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to advance strategic initiatives and manage people. Superior interpersonal, communication, facilitation and leadership skills. Ability to set and accomplish objectives and manage expectations. Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to foster a collaborative team approach to decision-making. Capability to negotiate solutions that encompass zone needs within a provincial context, while being able to mediate solutions to complex stakeholder concerns, at all organizational levels both internally and externally. Business management skills appropriate to a large organization, a thorough understanding of financial management and reporting, strategic business development, and exceptional customer service leadership is required to oversee the largest parking operators in the province.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference is given to CCPFM or CAPP certification. Senior management experience in a large parking business or institutional parking operation. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
