Required Qualifications:

Current Registration with ACMDTT or equivalent. Formal/Recognized Management/Leadership Certificate. Bachelor Degree or equivalent required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

This position represents high level of complexity, requires creativity and vision to anticipate problems and solutions, requires strong critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to use good judgement, sound decisions and practice strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with medical, professional, technical and clerical staff. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Demonstrated team-building skills. Ability to promote collaborative decision making processes. Patient focused care with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Internal and external stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of the complex Imaging environment, including the specialized requirements of the various modalities. Working knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Calendar, internet. Understanding of Radiology Information System (RIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS/ADT), Web servers and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).


Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree preferred.
