A post-graduate or MBA in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline. The candidate should also hold a CPA designation. A minimum of 10 years experience in an accounting, financial planning, or financial advisory role including a minimum of 3 years at a leadership level. Experience in health or government sector. Ability to problem solve unique and complex issues. Demonstrated leadership and change management skills. Ability to exhibit professionalism and diplomacy. A strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with others. Demonstrated ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment and having strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with large financial information systems. Experience in an organization of similar size and complexity. Experience providing financial support to a large scale information system implementation.
