Must have a minimum of a baccalaureate degree. in a health-related field. Equivalencies in education and experience may be considered. Active licensure with a regulatory body (CRNA, ACMLT) is required as applicable. Minimum of 5 years of proven successful experience in a leadership role in a healthcare organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development, including in the area of leadership.
Additional Required Qualifications:
The role has accountability for broad geographic area in the zone requiring travel. Onsite, in person presence at multiple sites and programs is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree preferred. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred. Practical content knowledge in all areas of Infection Prevention and Control.
