Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science with a major in Foods and Nutrition. Completion of an internship program or practicum training program accredited by the Dietitians of Canada. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta (CDA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum three or more years of experience in pediatric clinical nutrition. Experience with & knowledge of complex pediatric medical diagnoses and therapeutic nutrition needs. Experience with & knowledge of nutrient delivery via oral, enteral and parenteral means. This position normally works Monday - Friday 0800-1615h. A few times per year this dietitian is required to be on call for weekend coverage for IMD patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated strength & experience with nutrition counselling for behaviour change. Experience working with adults and women during pregnancy.
