Bachelor of Science with a major in Foods and Nutrition. Completion of an internship program or practicum training program accredited by the Dietitians of Canada. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta (CDA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Three or more years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian. Acquired knowledge of health change counselling and demonstrated effective translation of knowledge into practice with patients and families. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team providing collaborative care.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with clients of all ages & their families, living with eating disorders and/or mental health disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Demonstrated experience and strengths in providing psychoeducation in a group setting as well as program planning and development skills is an asset. Demonstrated proficiency with use of Microsoft Office 365 and use of digital literacy skills.
