Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science with a major in Foods and Nutrition. Completion of an internship program or practicum training program accredited by the Dietitians of Canada. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta (CDA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year experience as a dietitian providing ambulatory care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with patients with diabetes type 1 and type 2 diabetes preferred. Experience working with clients with gestational diabetes preferred. Experience working in maternal health preferred. Holds Restricted activity G. Knowledge and awareness of ethnic foods and cultural practices.
