Required Qualifications:

A minimum of degree in business administration, health care profession or related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an imaging discipline. A minimum of 1 year in a leadership/management role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (health care experience an asset). A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development is required. Equivalencies of education and experience will be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong command on Process Excellence concepts and practical applications. Strategic thinking, taking into account long-term goals and provincial implications. Practical experience in strategy, policy development, leadership and project/program management. Capable of applying critical thinking in the development of the provincial business and operational strategies. Ability to manage diverse human, financial and physical resources in a changing and multifaceted environment with diverse, complex and sensitive issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management and Change Leadership training and certification is preferred Formal training in quality management is preferred.
