The successful candidate will possess a PhD or equivalent in Medical Physics or Medical Health Physics.
Additional Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the imaging and clinical physics aspects of Nuclear Medicine (NM), Positron Emission. Tomography (PET), Magnetic Resonance Imaging and/or Mammography. A demonstrated commitment to high clinical standards, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. A minimum of 3 years leadership/management role in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience in teaching adult learners is an asset due to the academic involvement of this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified by the Canadian College of Physicists in Medicine (CCPM), American Board of Radiology (ABR), or other related equivalencies are preferred. Consideration will be given to those eligible for CCPM. Specialization in Nuclear Medicine and Positron Emission Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and/or Mammography an asset.
