Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in a health-related area and/or business or other equivalent preparation preferred. Minimum of three years of operational management and leadership experience in a complex enterprise environment required. A combination of related experience and education will be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Courses or certificates in design thinking, systemic design, facilitation, and/or other innovation courses. Familiarity with service design methods. Excellent facilitation and education skills. Demonstrated application of design thinking tools and approaches.


Preferred Qualifications:

Prior work with community groups and complex stakeholders an asset. A working knowledge of quality improvement strategies an asset. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Well-developed critical thinking skills. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing environments or expectations. Experience with diverse computer applications and assets (e.g., Office 365, Slack, Mural). Diverse work experience is an asset.
