Graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited School of Dentistry. Completion of at least one year of postgraduate patient care training. Must have an Alberta Dental License or be eligible to acquire the Alberta Dental Licensure prior to commencing. BLS. Team player. Basic computer skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:Masters in Oral Medicine; or equivalent experience with Special Care Needs patients is preferred. 3 to 5 years experience of dental clinical experience. Strong dental surgical skills. Ability to evaluate dental needs accordingly to patient context. Ability to deal with rapid changes and emergencies. Familiar with dental software, email, electronic resources and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Intravenous Sedation preferred. ACLS preferred. Thorough knowledge in the principles of program development, implementation, and management. excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3-5 years in a leadership role.
