Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Public Administration, Public Health or related discipline. 5 years’ experience in analytics, evaluation, quality improvement or human resources, in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Significant experience working with a variety of programming languages, including SAS, R and Python. Excellent communication and critical analysis skills.

Business Management experience is a definite asset.
