Required Qualifications:

A post-secondary diploma in information management, information technology, computer science or related discipline is required. Advanced computer skills required in Excel, Access, and Word, and SQL. Experiences in writing and testing SQL scripts as well as relational database integration with SQL. Experience in providing complex data and analytical expertise to projects and programs, to help the business clients and partners with all levels of Worker safety and WHS performance reporting. Develop databases, perform complex data queries across multiple datasets and provide sophisticated analytics and measures. Support technical elements to build and maintain data warehouse, functional metrics or baseline data for the WHS programs and projects. Produce and maintain the periodical reports for various programs, generate and develop reports in many platforms such as Tableau, MS Excel, MS Access and etc. Experience in the application of information technology, database design and information management. Ability to interact with senior leaders by presenting detailed plans, complex analyses, broad & ambiguous information and findings in businesses and user-friendly language.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to consult with clients to fully understand, define and deliver the service/query/information requested, determines the appropriate methodology, data types and sources to use, completes the research and analysis, provides interpretation and recommendations, and presents the findings/information in the format requested. Strong skills with Tableau. Experience with cloud-based environment such as Snowflake. Strong organizational skills, influential skills, client-focused and committed to providing quality service. Experience with statistical programming such as SAS.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI are assets. Experience in occupational health and safety within healthcare is preferred. Excellent writer with critical analytical skills. Deep thinker with intellectual curiosity.
