Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an organization of significant size and complexity, with a focus on Public Health. Knowledge of best practices in workplace health, safety and wellness. Successful leadership experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Aptitude for building and sustaining complex relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Experience with managing effective collaborations, advisory/working groups and steering committees.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to use skills such as team building, negotiation and conflict management, and group facilitation to build partnerships. Ability to work independently, set priorities and work simultaneously on a variety of projects. Advanced oral and written communication skills. Effective communicator with strong facilitation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Advanced written and oral communication skills. Ability to navigate or familiarity with AHS systems and processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience on Workplace Health and Wellness, Occupational Health and Safety or Human Resources are preferred. Experience with research and project management methodology, processes and tools is an asset. Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft programs an asset.
