Required Qualifications:

A minimum post-secondary diploma in Volunteer Resources/Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Management in Human and Social Services or an equivalent combination of experience, volunteer management, education and training may be considered. Personal volunteer experience is essential. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Supervisory experience is preferred. Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar leadership role within a volunteer service environment in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred (healthcare experience and an understanding of the concepts of Patient and Family Center Care principles an asset).
