Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a High School Diploma or recognized formal equivalency. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within a multi-site / unionized staff environment. Demonstrated business acumen. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. Ability to develop interpersonal relationships and constructively manage conflict. Independent time management and work load prioritization skills. Displays initiative, attention to detail, and tenacity in achieving results. Functional level of proficiency (or higher) with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Demonstrated experience in provision of customer centric services. A combination of education, skills, and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a focus on capital asset lifecycle management (contracting, procurement, warehousing, and/or disposition functions). Process improvement experience. Working knowledge of commonly used medical surgical equipment and consumable supplies. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (purchasing, financials, and warehouse management) or other ERP experience. WHMIS, TDG, and forklift operations certifications.
