Required Qualifications:

A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. In addition, the incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. A minimum of Grade 12 diploma. A minimum of 3 years in a front-line management or supervisory role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a business-related field would be an asset. Parking-related experience an asset)
