Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or equivalent role. Basic knowledge of AHS project management tools and templates. Experience with or working knowledge of Connect Care. Working knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies. Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of MS Project. Understanding of the key industry issues; using this knowledge in own work. Conceptual knowledge in own discipline and strive to enhance competency in same. Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to sit/stand for extended periods. Ability to tolerate extended computer/sitting time. Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years related experience preferred (e.g., organizational change management, project management, benefits realization, etc.). Experience with MS Excel, Visio, SharePoint & Tableau preferred. Proven ability to work with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
