Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Working knowledge of Project Management principles, tools, and methodologies. Basic knowledge of MS Project and SharePoint software. Understanding of financial practices and terminology. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking abilities. Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a provincial team environment. Keen attention to detail. Must demonstrate flexibility, organization, initiative and strong interpersonal skills and be effective in a fast-paced changing environment Proven ability to build relationships at a leadership and team level and to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare knowledge and experience considered an asset. General knowledge of IT functional areas an asset.
