Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary degree in an allied health discipline, adult education or equivalent. Advanced knowledge and ability to use and support others using Zoom and Teams. Advanced knowledge, skills and actual experience developing online learning using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate and /or Adobe Creative Suite. Advanced knowledge and experience in creating interactive on-line education for adults that offers learning opportunities in a creative, fluid and relevant way. Experience with RedCap. This position also requires specialized skills and experience in numerous computer applications. The employee needs to work with current planning and implementation processes and include feedback from others in the work that you do within tight timelines. Employee will be required to schedule and chair meetings and work collaboratively to design the Together4Health project page.
Preferred Qualifications:Additional preferred education: Diploma or certificate in business administration or adult learning. Advanced experience using Redcap, SharePoint and MS Office. Adult learning education expertise applied in a virtual setting. Experience in project management supporting the development and tracking of project plans including timelines and milestones. Experience working in a virtual provincial role with varied stakeholders.
