Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in own area of expertise. Working knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies. Basic knowledge of projects management tools and templates. Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Knowledge of MS Project. Understands the key program issues; uses this knowledge in own work. General knowledge of IT functional areas. Expands conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking. Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference may be given to those in the process of achieving a Project Management designation. Healthcare knowledge and experience is considered an asset.
