Coordinator I - Facilities Maintenance & Engineering
Your Opportunity:
The FM&E Coordinator supports the ongoing administration, coordination, and improvement of FM&E operational systems, maintenance programs, and business processes across the Zone. The position assists with the development and maintenance of preventative maintenance schedules, Master Model Records (MMRs), asset descriptions, standardized reporting templates, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the e-Facilities/CMMS environment. The role provides technical support, troubleshooting, user guidance, and training related to maintenance management systems, inventory systems, fleet systems, and associated operational processes. The Coordinator assists FM&E leadership with data management, operational reporting, maintenance standards, process improvement initiatives, and program tracking activities. Responsibilities include supporting inventory and fleet administration processes, maintaining electronic tracking systems, monitoring data accuracy, preparing reports, and assisting with ongoing operational and maintenance initiatives. The position also supports the administration and tracking of the Infrastructure Maintenance Program (IMP), Site Specific Fund (SSF), and Capital Equipment Annual (CEA) programs, including maintaining records, monitoring program progress, and supporting associated reporting and documentation requirements. Acting as a primary point of contact with AHS Contracts, Procurement and Supply Management (CPSM), the Coordinator assists in establishing, coordinating, exploring, and managing contractual processes in support of FM&E leadership. The role facilitates departmental Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Purchase Order (PO) processes, with specific emphasis on the development and coordination of contract schedules and supporting documentation.

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:The Coordinator tracks, monitors, and reports on the progress of contractual agreements and assists in ensuring all authorizations, approvals, and contract administration activities comply with applicable corporate policies, procedures, and operational requirements. The position maintains effective working relationships with FM&E staff, operational leaders, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and external stakeholders, while providing ongoing support related to maintenance operations, building systems, maintenance procedures, standards, and operational processes. Occasional travel, including extended driving to remote rural sites for operational support and site visits, may be required. The role will also involve lifting and manual handling duties associated with fleet maintenance, organizing, receiving, and stocking essential spare parts and maintenance inventory of up to 50 lbs.
